You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or submit false, misleading, or malicious content through our forms.
Rate estimates and quote requests submitted through the Site are informational and are not a binding offer of carriage or brokerage. Freight services are provided under our Service Terms & Conditions, any signed Logistics Fox brokerage-customer agreement, and the applicable carrier tariffs in effect at the time of shipment, which control over anything else on this Site. Transit times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly booked and confirmed.
Guides, calculators, glossaries, and other resources on the Site are provided for general information only. They are not legal, insurance, or professional advice, may not reflect the terms of any particular carrier tariff or contract, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice specific to your situation. Classification estimates, transit expectations, and claim-deadline descriptions are illustrative; the governing documents for any shipment are the applicable bill of lading, tariff, and brokerage-customer agreement.
FoxTMS (tms.logisticsfox.com) is governed by its own access terms. The online claims form is operated for us by FreightClaims.com; links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site and its content — including the Logistics Fox name and logo, "FoxTMS," "FoxIQ," text, graphics, and design — are the property of Logistics Fox, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or use them without our prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing and sharing links.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
