Before there was a Fox, our founder Ben Fauver spent years on the carrier side of freight — close enough to the brokers on the other side of the dock to see exactly which ones carriers fought to work with, and why the rest got the leftover capacity. Out of that came a concept he spent a year sharpening: a brokerage that feels like working directly with a carrier. Dedicated departments. Specialists who know how carriers actually operate. No hand-offs into the void.
Then came February 1, 2015. The Seahawks stood on the one-yard line in the Super Bowl and threw the ball instead of handing it to Marshawn Lynch. Watching a sure thing die a yard from the end zone, Ben decided he was done waiting for someone else to make the call — he quit his job and carried the ball in himself. Logistics Fox was founded that day.
The carrier-side DNA became our edge: we know what carriers value in a partner, so carriers give us their best — service and pricing our customers feel on every shipment. We've grown every single year since, adding technology at every step without ever losing the people-first approach we started with.
Today we move LTL, truckload, volume, and rail freight across the United States, Canada, and Mexico — and we're still running it in ourselves, one yard at a time.

Ben came up through the LTL industry at Daylight Transport and Frontline Freight before founding Logistics Fox in 2015 — and still runs it the way it started: freight-first, technology-obsessed, and allergic to bureaucracy.
Lori specializes in LTL and truckload freight solutions, with a track record of scaling logistics companies through strong revenue growth, margin expansion, and successful M&A.
Joe brings more than a decade of managing truckload operations to the desk that keeps every load moving — sourcing capacity, solving problems before customers hear about them, and holding carriers to the Fox standard.
The Fox's longest-standing employee, LaMarr has worn nearly every hat in the building on his way to Director of Strategic Relations — which is exactly why the carriers, partners, and accounts he manages trust him with theirs.
