Logistics Fox, Inc. ("Logistics Fox," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.logisticsfox.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only; our customer portal (tms.logisticsfox.com) and third-party services linked from the Site have their own terms.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. When you use our quote, contact, agent, carrier, careers, or claims-question forms, we collect what you provide — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, shipment details, and the content of your message or application.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our servers automatically log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and to keep the Site working.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, quote request, application, or claim question — form submissions are routed directly to the responsible Logistics Fox team.
• To provide and improve our services and the Site.
• To protect the Site and our systems from abuse (for example, spam filtering and rate limiting).
• To comply with legal obligations.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; the Site is a business-to-business service.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as email delivery and website hosting), with carriers and vendors as needed to perform the freight services you request, and where required by law. Service providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

Freight claims portal

The claim form on our claims page is operated for Logistics Fox by FreightClaims.com. Information you enter there is collected and processed by that service to administer your claim. Their privacy practices apply to data entered in the claim form.

Cookies & third-party content

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Some content on the Site is delivered by third parties: web fonts are served by Google Fonts (which receives your IP address when pages load, per Google's privacy policy), and the claims page embeds the FreightClaims.com portal described above. These providers receive only the technical data inherent in serving that content.

Data retention & security

We keep form submissions as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them (for example, an active quote conversation, an application on file, or an open claim) and as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a business of our size; no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
